Responsibilities
Execute full-cycle recruitment processes for technical and non-technical positions, including understanding business needs, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Engage with candidates through multiple channels to attract and hire future colleagues.
Prepare and expand the candidate database.
Maintain up-to-date information in our recruitment tools and generate hiring reports.
Collaborate with HR, Business Development, and Delivery Departments to develop sourcing strategies.
