Eatiquette is a cross-platform mobile app for health-conscious consumers in the US.
It helps users discover and compare food products based on individual dietary preferences, whether they’re cutting sugar, avoiding palm oil, or checking for food additives like MSG.
The app simplifies nutrition labels, alerts users to ingredient concerns (including their synonyms), and makes grocery shopping faster and more informed.

Ingredient Alerts with Synonym Support
Users can set up dietary concerns, and the app automatically flags both direct ingredients and known synonyms (e.g., “Rebaudioside A” for Stevia or “Tartrazine” for Yellow #5).
Green / Red Lists with Swipe Feature
Products can be added to a personal “green” (preferred) or “red” (avoid) list using simple swipe gestures. Mistakes are easy to undo.
Keyword Search by Brand or Description
Users can search for product types (such as "cinnamon cereal") or brand names (like “Nature Valley”) and filter the results by category.
Comparable Serving Sizes
Nutrition values are presented in a standardised way (e.g. per 100g or serving), so users can easily compare similar products.
Nutritional Traffic Light System
Key nutrition metrics (such as sugar or saturated fat) are colour-coded based on their health impact per weight or calorie content.
Ingredient Count Per Product
Users can see how many ingredients a product contains to avoid over-processed foods.
